D2000 DNA Ladder

● 產(chǎn)品簡介：

本產(chǎn)品是由6條帶狀雙鏈DNA條帶組成，適用于瓊脂糖凝膠電泳中DNA條帶的分析。產(chǎn)品中已含有1×loading buffer，可根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)需要，直接取2-5μl電泳，使用方便，電泳圖像清晰。6條帶的大小分別為100，250，500，750，1000，2000bp。其中750bp條帶為100ng/5μl，顯示加亮帶，其余條帶濃度50ng/5μl。

● 使用方法：

1. 取2-5μl本產(chǎn)品加入到瓊脂糖凝膠的加樣孔中（每1mm×1mm加樣孔加1μl，如果加樣孔寬于

5mm，可以適當(dāng)增加上樣量）就行電泳。

2. 建議電泳條件：凝膠濃度為1.5-2.0％，凝膠長度5-7cm，電泳電壓4-10v/cm，電泳時(shí)間15-20

分鐘。

3. 通過EB染色后紫外燈下觀察條帶。

注：如果使用Goldview等染料就行染色，由于靈敏度比EB低，請(qǐng)酌情增加Marker的上樣量。
